Stillwater Builders is a full-service General Contractor providing commercial, industrial,
institutional and residential construction services and construction management.
Our company was founded in 1987 with the belief that we could work with our clients in a
partnership that would better achieve our customer's vision of a finished product meeting their
needs and budget.
Stillwater Builders is a member of NARI; The National Association for the Remodeling Industry
Peter W. Price, President of Stillwater Builders is certified as a Certified Remodeler (C.R.) and
also as a Certified Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeler (C.K.B.R.) through NARI. He also is a
board member of the local Dayton, Ohio chapter of NARI. Peter has over 30 years of
experience in the construction services industry.
Sheven R. Williams, Senior Lead Carpenter, has worked with Stillwater Builders for over 10
years and has been certified by NARI as a Certified Lead Carpenter (C.L.C.)
Garrett Edwards has worked with Stillwater Builders for 3 years and is a Lead Carpenter in
training. Garrett is running smaller projects and shows great attention to detail.
